Equine Canada Rider Testing Camps |
August 20, 21, 22 |
Rider testing Camps are available to any English
riders that can trot independently and any
Western riders that can lope. This is a great
opportunity for riders capable of being tested
at the next level to get a condensed review and
finish up camp by doing their exam.
Each exam consists of a ridden, written an oral
test. Each level covers topics like safety,
stable management and the riders aids.
The tests are standardized across Canada and are
the first stage of the Equine Canada's Coaching
Program. The English program has 10 levels and
the Western program has 4. Rider testing camps
will have 2 days of preparation in theory and
riding with the exam held on Wednesday
afternoon. Each candidate will require a
membership to Ontario Equestrian Federation.
Please visit the Ontario Equestrian Federation
website at www.horse.on.ca to get detailed
information about the programs, memberships and
study manuals. |
